Course Description:
Just as art invites us to see the world through a new lens, breathwork invites us to discover what already exists within us. Join us for a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to help you slow down, quiet the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself through the power of your breath. Using a simple, continuous breathing technique and thoughtfully curated music, you’ll be guided through an immersive experience that creates space for greater presence, clarity, and self-awareness.

No prior breathwork or meditation experience is necessary. You’ll be supported throughout the entire experience and encouraged to honor your own pace. Many
participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, more connected, and with a renewed sense of clarity – though every journey is different, and there is no “right” way to experience it.

About Your Facilitator
Brian Koenig is a breathwork facilitator and integration coach who creates grounded, welcoming spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it means to feel more fully alive. Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, Brian helps participants turn inward with curiosity, compassion, and presence, holding a supportive container where they can arrive exactly as they are. His approach is rooted in trauma- informed practices and informed by 275+ hours of breathwork training, Erickson Coaching, and INELDA End-of-Life Doula training.
