Stories Worth Telling Festival is proud to announce their growth after its first initial festival last year. New this year is a Live Storytelling program on Wednesday, September 27, programmed and hosted by Nick P Ross, storyteller and host of the Moth Storyslam in Denver, CO.

Continuing this year is a short film festival program on Thursday, September 28; which will also play on October 14 in Leadville. The films will be centered around the four main festival values of Compassion, Innovation, Adventure and Community. The program is rooted in outdoor adventure but the program will feature films beyond traditional outdoor film programming. With the program team hard at work reviewing films, a final film line-up will be announced in September.

Live music, which will kick-off all three programs prior to the storytelling/film programs – will be programmed by Mark Morris of Rapidgrass with acts to be announced later this summer.
