Skill Level: All Levels. This is an adult workshop however children 6 years and older may attend with an adult. Each participant will need to register and pay a member or non-member fee.

Chris Mora creates whimsical, dynamic robot sculptures that ignite the imagination with exquisite craftsmanship. In this unique workshop, you’ll not only create your own personal steel, stainless steel, and brass robot head with moving parts, but you will also gain exclusive insights into Chris’s creative process and inspiration from his current exhibition, The Articulate Robots of Chris Mora.

Materials: $30 fee, payable directly to the artist via cash or Venmo.

Your materials package includes essential assembly tools, a bit driver, a wrench, and high-quality brass, steel, and stainless steel robot parts, all carefully hand-fabricated by Chris. Everything comes nicely packaged in the artist’s branded design.

Artist Statement:

My name is Chris Mora, I am a Colorado artist focusing on geometric and mechanical art in the form of my static and articulate robot sculptures. While my work is technical, it is also very playful. Primarily constructed out of stainless steel and steel, I strive to create engaging, emotive character art in the form of my robots.
