Course Description:
Take a pause from the busy world and let your creativity bloom. This workshop begins with gentle breathwork and a calming meditation to ease stress and bring you fully into the moment. Once grounded, you’ll be guided step by step in crafting your own paper wildflower—a piece of art inspired by the beauty of nature.
You’ll learn how to sculpt individual flowers out of paper, shaping petals and assembling blossoms step by step. Once your flowers are formed, you’ll decorate them with colors and details that reflect your personal style, making each piece truly your own.
By the end, you’ll leave with more than a handmade flower—you’ll carry home a reminder to slow down, nurture your creativity, and stay rooted in the present.
