Introduction to Drawing: Exploring Different materials

Location: Foothills Art Center – Creative Campus, 809 15th Street. 

Course Description:

Explore the world of drawing and its many possibilities. Though drawing may seem a simple medium, it can be a whole world unto itself. This class will explore diverse approaches to drawing, showcasing how the thoughtful manipulation of elements and principles can achieve a wide variety of desired outcomes. In addition, this class will have the opportunity to play with a few different mediums such as graphite, charcoal, and ink and to push their boundaries to get the widest ranges of outcomes. Come prepared to learn, explore, and play!
