Course Description:
Discover the art of basket weaving in this engaging workshop where you’ll learn to start, shape, and finish your very own basket using natural and dyed round reed. Sourced from the core of the rattan vine, these flexible reeds are perfect for crafting, as they bend easily and rarely break.
Be prepared to get your hands wet as you craft a meaningful piece to take home! Experience the rich tradition of Oklahoma-style Cherokee basket weaving and leave with a beautiful start to your handmade creation.
