Registration
Registration can be completed over the phone, in person at Foothills Art Center, or online. For phone registration, call us at 303-279-3922 and have your credit card handy for making payment. To register in person, stop by during gallery hours. Payments can be made by credit card, check, or cash.
Class space will not be reserved without full payment. Please be aware that classes require a minimum number of students and are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration; the best way to ensure that the class you’re interested in doesn’t get canceled is to register early …and don’t forget to tell a friend to sign up!
Classes and workshops may be cancelled if enrollment minimums are not reached. You will be notified by telephone at least 3 days prior to the scheduled start date should cancellation become necessary.
ADULT Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel a class or workshop registration and receive a refund, notify Foothills Art Center at least 14 days before the start date of the class or workshop. If Foothills Art Center is given the required 14-day notice, we will issue class credit or will refund your full payment.
NO REFUNDS or class credits will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the class or workshop. If you register for a class or workshop within the 14-day period, you will receive no refund or class credit for a cancellation. Sorry, no refunds or class credits for no-shows. This policy helps instructors plan and prepare for upcoming classes.
CREDITS– If you choose a class credit instead of a refund, that credit must be used within a calendar year.
If a class or workshop in which you enrolled is canceled by Foothills Art Center, you will receive a full refund or can choose a credit for another class or workshop.
