February Collage Workshops

FEBRUARY COLLAGE WORKSHOPS!

• Memory and Nostalgia on Saturday 1 February
• Self-Discovery on Saturday 15 February

Explore themes of Memory and Nostalgia (2/1) and Self-Discovery (2/15) using a variety of papers and images to create a unique and personal artwork. Collage artist, Erika Vassallo, will lead participants through choice of materials, composition, use of different adhesives and application techniques.

Please Bring:

• old papers or photos that you’ve collected and cherished over time
• *copies of these papers or photos can also be used if you don’t want to cut them up
• $15 per month material fee for all other supplies provided by the instructor

Memory and Nostalgia, Collage Workshop, takes place on Saturday 1 February from 10am – 12pm in person at Foothills Art Center in the Hands On Gallery at 1133 Arapahoe St. This workshops relates to our current exhibition, Decomposing/Recomposing.

Self-Discovery, Collage Workshop, takes place on Saturday 15 February from 10am – 12pm in person at Foothills Art Center Creative Campus at 809 15th St.

Please bring $15 per month to class to cover the materials fee supplied by the instructor.

Members $50 / Friend and Non members $90 for both workshops.
