Upcoming Ceramics Classes

Open Studio

Our Open Studio is designed to be a work and practice time for students concurrently enrolled in a regular ceramics class. Students may use the open studio any time between 9:00am-5:00pm, but will be limited to 2 hour sessions if there are students waiting to use the throwing wheels/worktables. *You must sign up before the start of the session*

Ceramics Guild

The FAC Ceramics guild functions similar to a monthly membership to allow for the greatest flexibility of being involved with FAC Ceramics. Eligible only through application. Per active month you will have the greatest level of access to the studio, including all firings (raku/reduction/saggar/soda and more), special intensive workshop style days focused on a variety of techniques, get togethers and ways for members to exhibit/sell their work.

Students must be 18 years of age or older. This is a higher level of involvement than the Ceramics Lab class, and guild members are welcome to attend the Lab get-togethers on Tuesday Evenings so that you still have a scheduled excuse to go muck around with your friends.

Membership: $265/month

Ceramics lab

This  8 week class is eligible only for those who have taken at least 2 regular ceramics classes at FAC. Students must be 18 years of age or older. This is more of a self study style class with no designated instructor, we have a regular weekly meeting time on Tuesday Evenings from 5:30-8:00 PM so that you still have a scheduled excuse to go muck around with your friends. Lab students generally have access to the studio Monday through Saturday. You will receive a more detailed schedule before class.
