Step into a world of visual storytelling in Based Step into a world of visual storytelling in Based on a True Story, a new solo exhibition by Moe Scance. Featuring nineteen narrative works on paper, this collection invites you into a story of mystery and drama. Using a unique combination of printmaking, drawing, and mark-making techniques, Moe weaves together people, animals, and landscapes drawn from both her East Coast roots and Western surroundings. Be the first to experience “Based On A True Story” and join us tomorrow for the Member Reception before it opens to the public on Saturday.

From the sweeping plains of the Masai Mara to the elephant-laden landscapes of Amboseli, Howard’s images capture the pulse of East Africa’s wildlife with reverence and precision. He’ll share the stories behind the shots, offer practical advice for aspiring safari-goers.
