SUMMARY:Morning StArt with Rachael LaMielle
DESCRIPTION:Morning StArt is a joint one-hour coffee meetup program designed to bring artists in the area together with the Golden community to meet and talk about art. Come grab a cup of coffee with artist\, Rachael on Friday\, January 19th at 8 am. \nRachael LaMielle\, aka “Honey Olive Designs” is a multidisciplinary artist located in Golden\, CO. As a self-taught stippling and impressionistic painter\, she combines her love of the beautiful outdoors with vivid colors and distinctive\, meticulous mark-making. Known lovingly by many in the Foothills Art Center Open Studio group as “dot”\, she spends the majority of her creative time working on compositions made with acrylic paint\, gessobord and SO.MANY. DOTS. placed individually with special dotting tools. To keep her sanity\, she also experiments with “freestyle patchwork” acrylic paintings on canvas\, and watercolor paintings made with a distinctive and gestural application of masking fluid to emphasize the texture and movement of the organic landscape. Come learn about her inspirations\, tools and techniques at the January Morning StART program!

DESCRIPTION:ZOOM is a cool way to learn.  You stay at home\, no travel is necessary and we complete the painting in 2 hours.  These classes will have different lessons in each.  We will be recording the class so you can repeat or if you are not able to attend you can catch the class on a recording.  The lesson will be sent out prior to class for you to gather the supplies and draw if necessary.
