Students must be 18 years of age or older. We will cover brief hand building techniques then move onto centering on the wheel\, throwing bowls\, cylinders\, mugs\, vases\, lidded vessels and really anything else you want to get out of the class. We are here to help you make things you want to create. \nThis class provides use of all studio equipment and free firing of all work made during class or lab/open studio. Bags of clay can be purchased for $25 plus tax online. Clay tools are provided on a first come\, first served basis\, and a personal set of basic clay tools can also be purchased online for $20 plus tax. \nFor extra work time\, you may also register for the corresponding session of Ceramics Open Studio to get access to the open studio calendar and come in at your leisure throughout the session.
